Book your hotel rooms at one of our recommended accommodations near the event venue (the InterContinental Cali) here as soon as possible. Do not wait to book! These rooms will sell out early, and we unfortunately cannot save rooms for sponsors. Please note we do not have a discounted room block for this event.

👥 Registering on behalf of another person: If you are registering on behalf of another person, be sure to check the "I'm registering on behalf of this person" box during the registration process to ensure that both you and the other person receive a confirmation of their registration. If you encounter any technical issues registering multiple people at the same time, please switch to incognito mode in Google Chrome.
❤️🩹 Health and Safety: Please note the State Dept's Travel Advisories, particularly the section on safety and security as well as this resource in case of emergencies. While you are no longer required to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arriving on-site at the event, you can find health notices and any travel vaccination requirements here. STEP enrollment is recommended to anyone traveling from the USA, and we recommend considering travel insurance and following the State Dept's traveler's checklist.
Registration
General Information
Deadline: Please ensure that your team members register by 📆 Oct 11 using the appropriate links below. There is no real deadline for registering passes, but we recommend doing so as soon as possible as paid passes are likely to sell out a couple weeks before the event. Complimentary sponsor and speaker pass registrations, however, will continue to be accepted.
Sharing attendee information with sponsors: Per our privacy policies, Trellis can only share attendee job titles, company names, and industries with sponsors (unless it’s in relation to a sponsored meal for which attendees agree to share their personal information). Any team member can view the registration list at any time by requesting access via this link. If you would like to contact attendees in advance of the event, you are welcome to do so through our conference app, Whova, which will be available on the Bloom 24 website (under the More tab) about one month before the event. Please note that attendee information cannot be purchased from Trellis or a third party. If you receive such an offer, it is likely a scam.
Sponsor All-Access Pass
To register your complimentary Sponsor All-Access passes (exact number noted in your contract and sponsor kick-off email), please use this link (right click and open in incognito mode when registering multiple people). Any of your team members can register using these passes. Additionally, you are welcome to give some of these passes to your customers and partners if desired. For the "Registration Type" field, please select "Sponsor" when registering your Sponsor All-Access passes. You can view a full list of All-Access pass benefits here.
