πŸ‘‰ When will I be receiving the registration and media list?

Your team can accessΒ  the Bloom 24 registration list (limited to job titles, company names and industries per our privacy policies) and media list at any time. Any team member can view the registration list by requesting access via this link. The media list will be sent once it’s finalized (one week before the event). In the meantime, please see our media list from last year’s event.


πŸ‘‰ What is my access code for the Whova app?

There is no access code required to log into your Whova account. Whova syncs with the Bloom 24 registration list, which may take up to 24 hours to update after you have registered. To access your account, use the same email address you used for registration. If you still don't have access after 24 hours, please contact support@trellis.net.

πŸ‘‰ Do I need to register for the event if I am a speaker?

Yes, registration is required for all speakers and should be completed as soon as possible once you are confirmed. Registration for speakers is complimentary and can be completed here. Please note roundtable hosts are not considered speakers and do not get a complimentary speaker pass (they must register with either one of your sponsor all-access passes or a paid all-access pass). If you previously registered as an attendee or a sponsor and have been confirmed as a speaker, please reach out to support@trellis.net to get your registration updated. If you paid for an attendee registration before getting confirmed as a speaker, you will have the option to transfer your pass to a colleague or accept a credit for a future GreenBiz event.Β

Interviews

πŸ‘‰ Will you send a calendar invite to our executive with interview details?

Yes, once your executive and Trellis moderator are confirmed, your customer success manager will send a calendar invite to you and your executive with details on the interview.

πŸ‘‰ Will you provide the interview questions in advance?

For Executive interviews, you will collaborate with our Studio Content team to craft questions. If there are any questions or topics you’d like to address or avoid, please let your customer success manager know, and they will pass them onto your moderator. There will be time to connect and agree upon questions during the interview recording call.


πŸ‘‰ Can other team members join the Trellis studio interview recording call?

Yes, other team members can join using the Guest link provided in the calendar invite. We recommend having at least one PR/Marketing team member attend for live feedback and edit requests.

πŸ‘‰ Will you be sending the interview recording to our team for review before it's published?

No, your team will have the opportunity to provide feedback and conduct re-takes during the interview recording call itself.

πŸ‘‰ Will you be promoting the interview?

Yes, the Executive interview will be uploaded to Trellis.net and our YouTube channel. We encourage sponsors to share the interviews with their networks as well.

πŸ‘‰ Where is my session and/or what time is my session?

Your customer success coordinator has sent you a calendar invite with the location and time of your roundtable. If you do not see this on your calendar, please reach out to sydney@trellis.net.

Health & Safety

πŸ‘‰ What are the Health & Safety requirements for Bloom 24?

Please note the State Dept's Travel Advisories, particularly the section on safety and security as well as this resource in case of emergencies. While you are no longer required to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon arriving on-site at the event, you can find health notices and any travel vaccination requirements here. STEP enrollment is recommended to anyone traveling from the USA, and we recommend considering travel insurance and following the State Dept's traveler's checklist.

Masks are not required but are strongly encouraged indoors for the safety of the whole Bloom 24 community.Β
